Upgrading browsers

We would recommend upgrading your browser with the latest version if possible. These later versions of browsers often have higher levels of security and better functions.

Most browser suppliers will allow you to upgrade for free. Visit the browser's website to find out about the latest versions and to download them.

Javascript

The my|deposits Scotland website requires JavaScript to be enabled to function at its best.
To enable Javascript you should via your browser you should:/

  • Internet Explorer:
    1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu
    2. From the drop down menu, choose 'Internet Options'
    3. On the pop-up window that appears, click on the 'Security' tab
    4. Click on 'Custom Level'
    5. Scroll down until you see section labelled 'Scripting'

Braille, large font, audio material

All our literature is available in Braille, Large font or Audio. To order any literature piece please email us or contact our call centre. We will need your name, address, the literature piece you're interested in and the format you'd like e.g. Braille.

This order usually takes five working days to supply the document in your requested format.

Our call centre staff will speak to an authorised interpreter if requested.

Phone calls/transcripts are available on request and can be supplied within 10 working days.

Translation services

You request any literature for translation into many different languages. We will aim to supply you with the translation document within five working days of your request. Some languages may take longer to translate than others.
