  • Since 2 October 2012 any new deposits taken from the tenant must be lodged within 30 working days.
  • Existing deposits that were received between 7 March 2011 and 2 October 2012 must be lodged by 13 November 2012.

Deadlines approaching

Since 2 October 2012 any new deposits taken from the tenant must be lodged within 30 working days. Deposits received prior to 7 March 2011 must be lodged by 15 May 2013, however if the tenancy is renewed on/after 2 October 2012 and before 2 April 2013 you have 30 working days to lodge the deposit.
