Get your deposit back

At the end of the tenancy, your landlord or letting agent will initiate the release of your deposit, telling us how much money they think should go back to you, and how much, if any, they want to withhold.

Once this has happened, we will write to you via email, SMS text or by post to advise you of the suggested deposit release terms. You will need to log in here to your online account to either accept or decline these terms. 

If you accept, we will return the agreed funds to you within 5 working days. However, if you do not agree, you can raise a dispute - click here for more information regarding our disputes process.
