A new protection will be required if you are looking to make any amendments outside the fixed term, such as change of tenant, or move from a periodic tenancy to a new fixed term agreement. The only exception to this is where the information was originally input incorrectly, for example where there was a spelling mistake or an administrative error. This amendment will need to be made to us in writing together with a copy of the signed and dated tenancy agreement. Any mid-term amendments can only be made by us, so please contact our team.
