How is the deposit returned to me?

As we hold your deposit, you will have the opportunity to enter your preferred payment method when engaging in the release process. This can be a UK bank account or overseas account.

If your preference is an overseas bank account we will require:

  • International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
  • BIC/Swift
  • Bank name
  • Bank address
  • Any other important details such as a routing number

All payments will be made within five working days of an acceptance or a decision being finalised in line with our KPIs.
